icetana Lands Largest Ever Australian Sale with Millennium Group

Surveillance software developer icetana (ASX: ICE) has announced its biggest ever Australian sale, securing a $376,000 software-as-a-service contract with Millennium Services Group, a leading national provider of security and cleaning services.

The five-year deal will see icetana’s AI-driven security solution deployed at a major shopping centre in northeast Queensland. The contract adds $75,200 to the company’s annual recurring revenue and will be invoiced in advance, with deployment scheduled for the March 2026 quarter.

Millennium is a new partner for icetana but not an unfamiliar name. The group is controlled by SoftBank Robotics, which is already a significant shareholder in icetana and a strategic partner. Millennium operates across more than 100 major shopping centres in Australia and New Zealand, providing a compelling pipeline of potential future deployments.

Commenting on the agreement, icetana Chief Executive Officer Kevin Brown said the sale reflects the success of the company’s go-to-market strategy.

“We welcome Millennium Services Group as a new partner in our home market of Australia and look forward to a fruitful ongoing relationship,” he said.

“This sale is further evidence of our ability to leverage our partnership with SoftBank Robotics into new sales and annual recurring revenue growth.”

The client site is a large regional retail hub, covering over 107,000 square metres and housing 345 retail outlets. The scale and complexity of such environments are well suited to icetana’s autonomous surveillance software, which is designed to support security teams by learning what is normal and flagging anomalies across large-scale camera networks.

icetana’s AI technology is currently deployed across more than 70 sites and 17,000 cameras in 15 countries. The system is designed to reduce the reliance on human operators by automatically detecting unusual or potentially dangerous events in real time, without requiring manual rule configuration or setup.

The latest win not only strengthens icetana’s Australian footprint but also highlights its ability to secure strategic, multi-year SaaS contracts that underpin long-term revenue visibility.

While the contract is currently limited to one site, the relationship with Millennium opens the door to broader adoption across the group’s wider shopping centre portfolio.
